Not so subtle reminder…

That we just had a debate in our own Senate, The Senate of the United States of America, the country that played a crucial role in bringing down Hitler and ending the Soviet Union, whether or not our government can arbitrarily decide to execute Americans without due process.

How the debate SHOULD have happened:

“Should we allow the executive branch decide to drone strike American citizens without a trial or even criminal charges?”

“Please escort whoever just asked that off the premises.”

Instead, it went on for over 13 hours. This is tyrannical jackboot thug territory, except they won’t even need the boots. Fat cat politicians out of touch with the average American can, with the stroke of a pen, kill anyone they deem ‘terrorists’.

By the way, the Department of Homeland Security has listed anyone who has stored more than 7 days of food as a ‘potential terrorist’.

Just let all of this sink in.
